Assured PackOut(TM) is the go-to app for preparing a contents listing when time and efficiency is paramount. Stay organized, record information as you itemize the contents from a loss with the 'Tag It' and 'Box It' features. Capture photos, choose an item description, scan tags, record the condition and set how the items should be processed back at the warehouse!

Need more? You can easily work with a team and multiple iPads! All the information is combined and seamlessly synchronized with Assured JobCheck(TM). Assured JobCheck(TM) provides additional tools for managing the contents including enterprise quality reporting from any web browser.

Version 2.0 and up adds the ability to turn on 'Full Sync' capabilities. With 'Full Sync' enabled, inventory is first uploaded to Assured JobCheck(TM), then any inventory which is not not present on an iPad will be downloaded to the Job you are synchronizing. It is strongly recommended you only enable this functionality if you have a recent generation iPad (released in 2018 or newer).

We have also addressed improvements to the JSON and database export feature as well as an improvement to the display on the photo counter. 2.6.0 06/20/2025 This release features a duplicate tag alert that will notify the user when a duplicate item tag is detected. This alert is meant to help guide the user to edit the duplicate tag on the device if an item of the same tag has already been uploaded to JobCheck. 2.5.0 06/13/2025 This release includes minor system updates and improvements, a toggle option for time and date stamp as well as an advanced recovery export tool to assist with data recovery in the event of a stuck job. 2.4.0 05/02/2025 This release includes two feature improvements: one major update to the sync and one minor improvement to photos.

The major update addresses an upload/sync delay reported on large jobs that could cause some items to not upload or to upload without photos; this issue has been resolved. The second update is an improvement to the camera that adds a date/time stamp overlay to all photos taken in the app. The date/time stamp is an impression on the photo that will be included in the upload of the photos and will appear on photo previews in the cloud and on all reports. 2.3.0 04/17/2025 This release version resolves an image orientation issue affecting some users. There are no known compatibility concerns with this release and it is recommended for all users. 2.2.6 02/25/2025 This release version resolves several reported issues, including the reported crash issue affecting some users on older devices with IOS versions 16-, an image orientation issue affecting some users and the reinstatement of the developer tab in IOS settings. There are no known compatibility concerns with this release and it is recommended for all users. 2.2.5 02/17/2025 This release features minor improvements and the addition of detailed error logging and analytics. 2.2.4 12/19/2024 This release, 2.2.3.6 addresses the reported scanning issue where some devices on iOS 17+ were unable to scan item and box QR codes. This issue has been resolved.
We have also upgraded app compatibility to improve performance on newer operating systems and devices.

Disclaimer:

- Bug Fixes 2.1 12/16/2019 The Assured PackOut App now includes the ability to download inventory and photos from JobCheck. This new functionality is designed to improve workflows for managing larger jobs that require multiple site visits by technicians. You no longer need to bring the same iPad back to the site to remember where you left off. Simply perform a Sync with JobCheck and Inventory information captured by other team members will be downloaded to your iPad.
